You can see the design on the cow reminds you of a comic book style as the name suggest, particularly anime. Which seemed strangely popular in Europe. Also you can see the large Agabar tower painted on the cow. On the oposing side, the sagrada familia is pictured. Both two of the most recognizably barcelona buildings. I thought it intresting that one side pictures the architecurely important landmark and the modern landmark on the other side.
How does the cow "fit" its enviroment? Les Glories had some of the best cow placements I have seen throughout the Barcelona Cow Parade. The cows here were definately objects of attention and fit with the colorful active enviroment. 
How does barcalona react to the cow? 
This cow was located near the far entrance of the mall next to a cafe. It was also heavily overshadowed by the far more extravagant cows near by. Most of the attention it received was casual glances from the nearby dinners.
